Graduate Programmes The Master of Science in Managerial Economics (MME) and the Master of Public Administration (MPA)
were launched in 1998 and 2005 respectively. These two programmes, used to be known as “Mayors’
硕士学位项目 Class”, examine the best practices in Asia’s public administration to enhance the students’ decision-
making, governance, and policy design and implementation skills. These two programmes were
upgraded to Executive Master programmes in 2019.

The Executive Master of Science in Managerial Economics (EMME) and Executive Master of Public
Administration (EMPA) welcomed more than 50 new students for the March intake in 2022. From
2021, the Master of Science in Managerial Economics (MME) programme started to have two intakes
annually, in July and November, and enrolled more than 170 new students in a year.

管理经济学硕士(MME)和公共管理硕士(MPA)分别开办于1998年和2005年。这两个项目被媒
体盛赞为“市长班”，课程通过分享亚洲公共行政的最佳实践，提高学员决策、治理以及政
策设计和实施方面的能力。2019年这两个项目升格为高级硕士学位项目。

2022年3月开始的新学期，高级管理经济学硕士(EMME)和高级公共行政管理硕士(EMPA)迎来
50多名新生。从2021年开始，管理经济学硕士(MME)每年7月和11月两批次入学，新招收的
学生总数超过170人。
