2023年3月1日，南洋公共管理研究生院为
EMME/EMPA Class Opening Ceremony 两个中文硕士学位项目——高级管理经济学
（EMME）和高级公共管理（EMPA）——的50多
高级管理经济学和高级公共管理硕士项目开学典礼 名学员举办开学典礼，正式开启新学年。

南洋公共管理研究生院院长王珏致欢迎辞。
她代表学院对学员们表示欢迎，希望同学们能
够“保持学习的热情，珍惜课堂内外的每一次
机会。

中国驻新加坡大使馆公使衔参赞（教育）韩
骏公参在致辞中提出四点期望，一是希望同学们
能够尽快转变身份，珍惜学习机会，全身心投入
学习；二是学会思考与研究，探寻新加坡的成功
之道，促进两国的互学互鉴；三是当好民间使者，
传递中国声音，讲好中国故事；最后要平安健康
的留学。

南洋理工大学协理副校长暨南洋公共管理研

谢中国驻新加坡大使馆教育处各位老师对学院的
